Adapting to the New Reality

Dear Clients and Associates,

At JWA, we are committed to providing our clients and associates with a first-class service, including during these extraordinary times.

As a regulated financial services firm we have always maintained a business continuity plan to ensure that our services can continue in a safe and compliant way, despite the impact of external events beyond our control. The Covid-19 situation is such an event. It is fast changing and creates many uncertainties and in dealing with these it is likely that we will look for new ways of working that will find the balance to best serve all interests. It is possible that there may be some changes that cause delay in some of our normal activities so we are asking all of our clients to bear with us whilst we get through this.

On Tuesday last week we took the decision to close our offices and move our entire team to home-working. This was for the safety of our people but also to ensure we would be very much less likely to have the whole team unwell at any one time. So our IT set-up and our phone system was reconfigured on that same day and from Tuesday morning the team was up and running again from their respective homes.

We will post any further news and updates here and we would urge you to check in from time to time.

In the meantime if you are worried about something that we may be able to help with contact us here enquiries@jwafinance.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

With best wishes to our customers, our providers and our associates,

From the JWA Team.
